We can provide you with experienced relief staff to cover any occasion
ie. holidays, sickness, increased work load, staff leaving or just a temporary measure until you find a permanent replacement.

We do not charge on hours worked. Simply pay our agreed agency fees and its up to you to pay the temporary worker direct and if self-employed pay their invoice.

We have chefs of all grades (head, sous, chef de partie) with different levels of experience (e.g. banqueting, country house hotel, gastro pub, rosette, michelin etc). The same goes for our hospitality relief managers, assistants and supervisors (e.g. general management, food and beverage, restaurant, reservations etc) who have different levels of experience.
